Location was comfortable!

Staff was excellent and very helpful and provided us with a lounge and a terrace. We could enjoy views of the dread sea.

Huge and new-fashioned rooms and kitchenette - very good apartment. Excellent and really friendly staff and host. Setting close to the mountains of Jerusalem, all the farms and a beach from one of the bigger hotels on the coast.

Marvellous location close to certain areas, nearby eateries and other needs and "Amman beach " -12 JD or Amman resort -20 JD. Amazingly great and motivated apartment's staff.

Reasonable prices were a plus. Hosts were superfriendly and affable, even gave us room with air conditioning. Huge and modern rooms, liked that. There was a nice pool and views of the dread sea.

The apartments were unbelievably clean and comfortable, with a jaw-dropping terrace offering stunning views. The staff, especially Mr. JARIR, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great tips for nearby attractions. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious and gave off a homely vibe. The access to the private indoor pool with hot water was a mind-blowing bonus. The hotel also offered free wi-fi, free parking, and basic kitchen amenities upon request. a super stay with fantastic facilities and a delightful atmosphere. Strongly recommended!

During our stay at Thara Real Estate, we were thrilled to find out that the hosts were incredibly helpful upon our arrival. They not only greeted us warmly but also provided us with valuable information on how to access the Dead Sea for free. The lounge and bedroom were both spacious and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the indoor swimming pool was a fantastic bonus for our kids. We also appreciated the air conditioner, which worked well in keeping us cool. Considering the prices of other accommodations in the area, Thara Real Estate offered good value for the money. we would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Clean and modern apartments with stunning sea views. Surprisingly warm nights in November. Comfortable couch and provided towels/sheets. Great alternative to expensive resorts, suitable for families and couples. Potential with nice building and facilities, beautiful terraces, and partial sea views. Helpful English-speaking staff and friendly atmosphere. Appreciated free parking and Wi-Fi.

The location of the hotel was great, very close to the sea and the public beach, just a short drive away. the room was spacious and had a separate living area, which was a nice bonus.

There were a couple of issues that I disliked. the cleanliness of the hotel was subpar.

Despite a few minor cleanliness issues in the neighborhood, we felt safe throughout our stay in Jordan. I would definitely recommend Thara Real Estate for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The apartments at Thara Real Estate are spacious and comfortable, perfect for a couples getaway. The rooftop terrace offers stunning views of the Dead Sea and Israel. The value for money is excellent. Mustafa, the receptionist, is polite, friendly, and helpful.
